Ted Jablonski, founder and principal of Marketing Consortium LLC, is a successful and innovative marketing consultant to a range of financial and business and consumer services corporations as well as to non-profits and public sector organizations. He has over twenty-five years of consumer and institutional marketing, communications, branding, business development, education and outreach experience with venture-funded start-ups to the Fortune 100, with U.S. federal government and municipal agencies and with 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) firms.

Prior to establishing Marketing Consortium, Ted served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, where he was responsible for the national marketing launch of LPL’s breakthrough hybrid RIA platform.
He has held senior roles with four Fidelity Investments intermediary businesses: Vice President of Marketing for Fidelity Employer Services Company [401(k), 403(b)], Vice President of Marketing for Fidelity Human Resources Services Company [HR and health and welfare benefits outsourcing], Vice President of Advisor Marketing for Fidelity Institutional Services [advisor fund distribution] and Vice President of Marketing for Fidelity Institutional Brokerage Group [broker dealers, clearing firms, registered investment advisors and family offices]. His background also includes senior consumer marketing roles at Standard & Poor’s Corp., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, MasterCard International and American Express Travel Related Services Company.
Susan Conway is a senior human capital management, organizational change management, coaching and communications consultant who has worked extensively with clients in the financial services, professional services, information technology, bioscience, pharmaceutical, venture capital and non-profit sectors. Her areas of focus include: professional development, human capital strategy, restructuring and business process outsourcing, organizational change management, executive development, coaching and communications, recruiting, compensation and employee learning and development.
Prior to her establishing her consulting career, Susan was the Director of Professional Development at McKinsey and Company. There she led staffing, development and evaluations of non-partner consultants, created and executed customized training and coaching programs and was an active contributor to firm-wide learning systems. She also served as Vice President of Investment Banking Human Resources at Merrill Lynch & Company. As a generalist responsible for 3,500 global employees, she directed hiring, compensation, employee relations and training with a distributed team of professionals. Earlier as Vice President, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at Prudential Securities, she participated in equity offering and mergers and acquisitions transactions while leading recruiting and training programs for all entry and lateral hires.
